Learn The Faith

By studying the Gospel, we learn of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We learn who we are and how we to live in order to enjoy happiness and peace in this life and the next. We learn through assisting parents in sharing our faith in the children’s faith formation and Sacramental preparation. We have enrichment for adults, faith sharing groups, scripture study and more.

For our Youth:

Religious Education Programs serving Grades K – 5

The K-5 Religious Education Program at St. Anne Parish strives to catechize our children about the Catholic faith, to develop and strengthen their relationship with Jesus Christ, and provide a strong base for their life-long journey of discipleship. The program also includes formation and preparation for the sacraments of Baptism (when applicable), First Reconciliation, and First Communion.  Click HERE to learn more.

Junior High Youth Ministry

Welcome to our new Jr. High Youth Ministry program, D.A.S.H., “Disciples Actively Striving 4 Holiness”!  Many elements are needed for a young adolescent to grow spiritually; most important is that there is a social aspect to faith learning!  Our goal is to teach, through example, how to be a disciple of Jesus Christ in the tradition of the Catholic faith, and to do so by engaging our youth in fun learning experiences.

D.A.S.H JHYM encompasses four areas: 1) formal religious education, 2) Confirmation which is part of R.E. preparation, 3) Social events, and 4) Service opportunities. Click HERE to learn more.

High School Youth Ministry

A program for high school youth, which includes education, social, service and worship experiences designed to enable teens to grow in their Catholic Christian faith. We sponsor a variety of programs through which teens are challenged to share and grow in their faith by discussing and interacting with adults and other teens. Click HERE to learn more.

For Adults:

Adult Faith Formation

This Committee meets monthly to plan programs that nourish and meet the needs of the adults in our parish community. We plan a variety of programs that call all adults to grow in their faith. Programs include various Scripture Study groups, Morning and Evening of Reflections/Speakers, Lectio Divina, Tea Parties, Gatherings. For more information and meeting times, go to the Adult Formation page.

The Adult Library

Located across the hall from the Chapel.  It has a collection of books, as well as audio and video tapes and CD’s. The library is open when the Joachim Center is open and we use a “self-checkout” system.

O.C.I.A. – Order of Christian Initiation of Adults

Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (O.C.I.A.) is a spiritual journey in faith to discover what it means to follow Jesus as a Catholic Christian and the joy and freedom that can result from journeying with Christ. Every year adults are welcomed into the Catholic Community through O.C.I.A. It is a learning and loving process in which conversion of the heart brings you to Jesus Christ who is our Lord and Savior.  For detailed information, go to the O.C.I.A. page.
