Instructions

1. Click here for the downloadable Registration Form.
2. Enter all your information on the form.  (You can also print it, fill it out by hand and turn it into the Parish Office.)
3. REMEMBER TO SAVE THE FORM TO YOUR COMPUTER WHEN IT IS FILLED OUT!  If you don’t save it, the form stays blank or incomplete.
4. Use your email and attach your SAVED Registration Form and send it to stanne@stanneparish.org
